01. We help

A good website is mostly good manners. We help yours greet people well.

Visitors decide quickly whether a site is for them. Here is where we love to help it say yes.

03. The journey

From three seconds to three minutes.

A good website is a short, friendly conversation. Here is how it can go.

  • [ 3 seconds ]They land and know where they are and what you do.
  • [ 10 seconds ]They spot the thing they came for without hunting.
  • [ 30 seconds ]Real people, clear words and proof make them comfortable.
  • [ 1 minute ]On a phone, the booking or contact button is easy to tap.
  • [ 3 minutes ]The form is sent and a friendly confirmation arrives.

CPHR Alberta

Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of Alberta, a professional association. We built a member-first site with Join Today and Member Login front and centre, events and announcements surfaced, and pages their staff can edit without a developer.

10. Questions

Ask away

What is in the concept?

An initial design of your homepage in your brand, presented live, with a few quick wins you can act on right away. The concept, the written budget and timeline, and the discovery session are all free, and you keep the quick wins either way.

How long does it take?

The concept follows shortly after the discovery session. The timeline for the full build depends on the size of your site, so we put it in writing with your budget before you decide.

Who owns the site, and where is it hosted?

Your content, your domain and your design are yours. We design around the platform you use, or recommend one that fits your team, and the proposal spells out who owns what and where the site will live, so there are no surprises.

Can we edit it ourselves?

Yes. We build it on an easy-to-use content management system and editor, so your staff can change pages, events and news themselves, and training is included. The CPHR Alberta work above includes a recording of their staff editing their new site.

What about accessibility?

We design for it from the start: readable text, clear contrast, keyboard friendly navigation and labelled forms. We tell you plainly what is covered in the proposal.

Will it help with search?

We build the basics in: clear titles and headings, plain answers to common questions and a structure search engines and AI tools can read. Rankings vary, so we focus on strong groundwork and agree what we will measure.

Can you move us off our old site?

Yes. We look at what already works, keep it, and plan how to move your content and web addresses across so people keep finding you.

Will it work with our booking, CRM and payment tools?

We design around the tools you have, whether that is booking, a CRM or payments, and tell you in the proposal how each will connect.
